Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are difficult as other guests may have called wanting your dates. However, deposits may be applied to rescheduled dates during the same season.

Guest Guidelines
* The Common Room is open to all between 6:30AM and 11PM.
* Breakfast is served 8:30 AM
* No pets on the beds or furniture
* Smoking in designated area only (adjacent to the middle barn)
* Alcohol is only permitted where food is served - absolutely no alcohol in the barns
* All vehicles not pulling a horse trailer need to park in the parking area near the street.
* Horses are asigned stalls and paddocks based on their needs and the owners best judgement and assignments may change after the settleing in process.
* Cribers need to wear collars
* Any damage will be the owners responsibility
